Beautiful building. Not a fan of the brown bed cover but it is warm and soft. Everything is clean. Elevator works. About 5minutes from the beach (I’m a slow walker). We came in October so I was expecting things to be slower than usual and places not operating. However, aware of the time of year I searched for a hotel with a heated pool so that I could enjoy lounging after 3pm by the water. While the pool is heated it is barely warmer than the ocean. Not crowded because it’s past the end of season. Overall it was good and I will come back during peak season to truly enjoy this location.

Great for families. Nice rooms with solid furniture. Cleanliness, comfort. Large heated pool with massager and children's section. Children's playground, own dining room, bar, hookah, barbecue and pizzeria. Fountains, live fish, benches for rest under the palm trees. In the evenings, everything shimmers with colorful lights, music. All this on the territory of the hotel, which consists of three buildings. There are lifts. The staff is friendly, they go to meet the requests of guests. The sea is five minutes away. At every step there are shops, cafes and barbecue. Near the central park. All for five with a plus !!! 👍 Next year only here!

We rested in September 2020. From the pros: The hotel is fresh. The staff cannot be seen or heard. The rooms are clean. The furniture has not yet been destroyed. There is a pool, sun loungers around it. Playground. Bar. The sea down the street 5-7 minutes walk. Also in 5 minutes an amusement park. The whole street to the sea is commercial. You can buy everything you need for the beach. Underground parking. Everything is beautifully illuminated at night. The territory is equipped with a sufficient number of tables for rest and eating. Delicious shashlik at the exit from the hotel. Pre-order is accepted. On the ground floor in the building of the hotel Magnit. Food prices are regional. Of the minuses: (exclusively my opinion !!!) the hotel has nothing to do for people who lead a healthy lifestyle. Especially with children. The contingent corresponds to the resort's pricing policy. Persons who do not dry out in a state of constant alcoholic intoxication. We didn't dip into the pool. Although I wanted to. In the evening near him they actively thump to the state of pigs. Beer and other liquids are poured into the pool. People spit there, some are sick. Therefore, to climb there, especially with a child, discouraged any desire. The playground is located next to the fountain where people sit, drink and smoke. In principle, you have to breathe with tobacco.

The hotel is good, we rested in the period from 08/31/20 to 09/09/2020 two-room suite, but there is BUT: The room was booked back in February and paid for the room that suits us best (we were resting with two children). Arriving we were given another room (when booking, the receipt indicated both the number and the building and the floor). When asked why we paid for one and provided another, we were told “the provided room is located in a new building, it is better than you booked and the price is the same and the administration has the right to decide to change the room without notifying the client” Before you go to the hotel, read the requirements to hotels with 4 stars, when you check in, you will understand that the stars were assigned either by "pull", or through relatives, or as is customary in the Caucasus for a good reward. The room was given a dark, furniture, interior dark plus the side is not sunny booked completely different. Renovation of the room and furniture, everything is done according to the principle the cheaper the better. The territory is large, well-groomed, lighted, there is a place for children to play. The pool is cold, plus the sun loungers around the pool are always busy (people in the morning leaving to the sea put a towel on the sun lounger and leave for the whole day, while the sun lounger is busy and no one can use it anymore, this is a problem for hotel guests, but the administration can think of something). Checking into the hotel, we said that we need to leave at 09.09 at 12 o'clock, that the car should leave freely at this time, we were told there would be no problems, then I reminded the administrator several times. And when I brought my things to the car, I saw that the exit was free, BUT literally in 10 minutes the exit had already blocked the car (the location of the car is controlled by the hotel valet, the guests, of their own free will, cannot put the car where they want). Returning for the car, I was looking for a valet for 15 minutes and then the valet for 30 minutes was looking for the owner of the car, who blocked my exit. To my question: why did this happen, I warned 4 times that I needed to leave at 12 o'clock, they replied that we are all people, we all tend to forget. As a result, we left at 12:00 at 12:45, those who went on vacation with children and know by car that the heat starts from 14:00 and it is no longer comfortable to drive in a car even with air conditioning, although we had to drive a couple of hours to the pass. Returning again to the number of stars at the hotel, I want to say that room cleaning may not be done at a convenient time for guests, but at a convenient time for the cleaning ladies. Several times the cleaners came in insolently and began to clean up, while the children were still asleep, and my wife and I could be directly in the room in our underwear (remove the number plate while we did not hang up). Cleaning was done once every three days, again you can read the requirements for a 4-star hotel. Linen was changed every 6 days. Arriving at the hotel, we were told to pay money, here is your key and go (while in other hotels, with fewer stars, the administration has always focused not on “pay money and go from here” but on “you are out of the way, tired, here is your rest the key and then pay for everything. ”Plus, to the whole administration, it doesn't matter who lives in the room, the main thing is to show the passport of the person who booked and pay for the room, and even if you take homeless people from the street, they don't look at anyone's documents. from the room, you need to prove that it is necessary, the administration believes that if you take the second key, then you will turn on the air conditioner and go to the sea. The location of the hotel is very good, everything is within walking distance, 5-10 minutes to the sea, the park is 2 minutes walk, dining room on the territory of the hotel, a magnet right next to the hotel.The main conclusion: for the room they paid 45 tr, for 9 nights, without any food, if we compare the price and quality, I can say that the price is overpriced by 5-10 thousand, when booking were in options with a pool and food and the price is the same, but the description and photo bribed. Will we go to this hotel again? NO. Before booking, think carefully, don't see beautiful photos and descriptions.

A very good hotel. From the beach 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Wonderful receptionists: polite, correct, smiling and friendly. Good maids: cleaned every 3 days. Everything is neat and tidy. Our second floor also had an ironing board with a decent iron and a hot water heater. There were glasses and cups and saucers in the room. Everything is clean, neat, no chips. We had a three bed room. The room is large, comfortable, TV, telephone, small refrigerator. Large balcony with furniture. Very good soundproofed double-glazed windows. In the courtyard by the pool in the bar, music is played until 22, but it is not heard in the room (with the windows closed). In the courtyard there is a swimming pool, bar, playground, small trampoline, ping-pong table. Lots of greenery, a fountain and a pool with fish. The only negative of this hotel is the hotel dining room. In contrast to the receptionists and maids, extremely unpleasant employees, gloomy and boorish. The food itself does not seem to make you want to eat (windy and not appetizing) and tastes the same as it looks ... I don't take off the star because there are a lot of establishments around where you can go and eat ... and this dining room did not spoil life)))) All in all, many thanks to the owners and administrators especially Ani and Nani ... they are just lovely. We are bored and will definitely come back somehow.
