We checked into the hotel, not only with bedbugs and dirty curtains, but also with terrible service. The woman Inna, who, when asked to call the administrator, will answer "And who am I according to you" informed us that our room was booked and asked us to move out. At the reception on 24.09.2020, the girl said that the room could be extended slowly until the next day at 11.30, and on 09.25.2020, the "administrator" Inna rudely says: "I don't know anything, I just came and I'm not going to call." Okay, we checked out. When asked to give a book of reviews, I was simply not given it. I will definitely continue to figure it out. Do not open hotel doors with such personnel. They smoke in the entrance area, no uniform, no badge - we ourselves have to guess who is who. Everything is terrible.

First of all, appeal to the management, change the staff or train the hotel service, administrators who are not friendly from the doorway, do not know the ethics of communicating with the guest! The safe in the room is not working! Cleanliness and order: the smell in the room, stains on the mirrors, current (wet) cleaning is done, only the bed and towels were changed for the 5th day of rest !! cosmetic repairs required! No hygiene kits, no slippers! At the reception, they offered to buy for 150 rubles, well, the guys did not pay for the basic things for their guests! Dishes in the room are minimal, 2 mugs, 1 saucer and 1 teaspoon. And that is in poor condition! No soundproofing, you can hear everything that happens at the neighbors! From the good, view from the window and the location of the hotel in the center and 10 min walk to the sea, near cafes, markets, shops, as well as a rooftop pool.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The view is excellent. Pleased with the rooftop pool. But the cafe is expensive.

The sea view, the rooftop pool is warm but small, the view from the pool is cool. The menu in the cafe is meager, I don’t know the taste, the number of norms, in principle, were over 1700 per day in October

Hotel for two points. The staff are not friendly. The furniture in the rooms is terrible. Linen, towels stained, not extensive. The pool which is located on the roof of the hotel is small 5 x 2. Cafe one name. Before you book a room in this hotel, think about how much it costs.
