A bit of history. Khachkar was installed at the construction site of the church back in 1993, but initially there were few funds for the foundation. Thanks to the help of caring people, it was possible to build it in a few years. In 1998 Krasnodar became the center of the Armenian South Russian Diocese, at this time the Church of St. Hovhannes Avetaranich (St. John the Evangelist) was opened on Yana Polunyan. Since 1998, divine services began to be held in the temple, and a few years later, on September 23, 2009, the residence of the head of the diocese, Bishop Movses Movsesyan, was opened on the temple grounds. Later, a chapel was built here in honor of St. Panteleimon the Healer, and in 2014 the cultural and educational complex "Vardanyan".

Very cool! There is a school nearby (Armenian) and I go there, it's fun !!! 🐵
