The only small drawback of this room is my subjective opinion and experience, which does not quite correspond to the stars and the windows face the ventilation, which creates unnecessary noise when the windows are open. But it is the spa area, swimming pool, baths of all kinds - at the height. Service and attitude is also super. In the morning the buffet is delicious.

Good day! Today 13.08.2020 rested in the club. We bought season tickets for the whole family, I really like spending time here. But today the following happened: a hairdryer sparkled and started smoking in my daughter's hands. Great luck that I didn't get an electric shock. They hurried to report the incident to the administrator (a girl with dark hair gathered in a ponytail). The girl didn't answer at all. Nothing! I could at least say: "Okay, we'll fix everything!" or something similar. But she basically ignored my words. This girl does not even greet clients, but this is no longer so important. The attitude towards customers is, let's say, "at the level". So be careful in the locker room. A hairdryer can shock you and all employees don't care. There are no special complaints about the club, only problems with hair dryers and staff.
