Clean, tidy, sane prices. X-ray of good quality. But the first visit with a bad tooth completely discouraged the desire to return there. They called to make an appointment to remove the tooth on January 11, the girl on the other end of the wire said that the record was not needed and you could just come, on January 13 at about 8:20 when I arrived, they told me that the record was MANDATORY and would have to wait without it. The doctor was arrogant and impolite. Right at the reception said to open his mouth and show a tooth. Already in the office, when I tried to explain that I have a strong reaction to pain and need good anesthesia, the doctor interrupted me and said that he would just chop off the tooth as he was comfortable and if it hurts, I’ll finish it again (which I was not happy with, as I know how such anesthesia affects me) also revealed that he had to remove the person from the chair in order to serve me and that with such a mood they would put me out the door. I said "I'm sorry, this does not suit me" and got up from the chair, to which the doctor raising his voice rudely demanded that I return. Also ignored my requests to return the paid x-ray. Extremely unpleasant experience. UPD: The doctor ignored that I have the wrong structure of the lower jaw, and a very low pain threshold, which greatly affects the quality and method of anesthesia. The harsh and impolite manner of the doctor to communicate, interrupting the patient and refusing to pay attention to features (which I have been aware of for years), to put it mildly, they do not have confidence in, especially medical procedures. This doesn’t seem like strictness: "also betrayed that he had to remove the person from the chair in order to serve me and that with such an attitude they would put me out the door." I did not ask either to remove the person from the chair, or to take me out of turn. And the fact that the doctor "went towards" and then acted as if he had been forced to and reproached me with this - this is not rigor, but the most natural rudeness. The X-ray was returned to me only after bickering. He simply ignored my request, as he had not heard. I clarify that during a call we were asked several times whether a record was definitely needed, initially it was called to APPLY for an appointment so that there were no inconsistencies. What kind of line and “went ahead” can be discussed, if in fact I was misled from the beginning. So I don’t see any guilt here.

You are just a sorceress! I could not imagine that you can go to the dentist with such pleasure. The clinic is clean, comfortable, the staff is polite, helpful, smiling. I recommend to everyone!!!

Great clinic. I’ve been visiting her for 2 years. He cured all his teeth, the teeth of her husband and 4-year-old son. All fillings, crown and bridge are fine, for 2 years they did not bother. For each individual approach 👍 I stopped being afraid of dentists 😁 although I was very afraid, and the child did not get spoiled by the first impression 🤗 I never sat in line for more than 5-10 minutes. I recommend it to everyone. P.s. before the child we just didn’t dance with a tambourine; we didn’t scare, entertained and he’s not afraid to go to an appointment
