A wonderful hotel, but considering the price and quality. In general, a lot needs to be seriously worked on: 1Shower above the 1st floor you can say no 2 kitchen, totally needs a reboot 3 Cleanliness also needs work. Although the positive is of course the proximity of the sea, friendly staff, prices for additional services (wash things) are an advantage. You can take a hairdryer, dryer, etc. If you are planning to be in Primorsko-Akhtarsk, I advise you to visit, but if we specifically say on vacation, I would not recommend it.

We rented a four-bed suite for a week. The room is comfortable with a bay window, the view from the windows is amazing. Service is on the level, but there are a couple of comments. For some reason, there were only two bathrobes in the four-bed room. Two-room suite with two bathrooms, very comfortable. The breakfasts are not bad, I was surprised that you cannot know in advance what exactly will be served for breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 am, but if you like to sleep, chances are good that your breakfast will be slightly cold. The last rain spoiled the impression a little, it turned out that the bay window in the room was leaking, and puddles formed on the floor (on the carpet) after the rain, and upon closer examination, black mold was found under the wallpaper, next to the opening. Otherwise, I liked everything, thanks.

A good combination of comfort and modernity. Given the first line, you are simply obliged to take rooms with sea views. And yes, convenient access and parking.
