February 21 this year, my son second-graders Kohonov Yegor in the local House of Culture on stage with all honest people handed a certificate for victory in the contest, calling him Kochanov and prescribing Kohanov in a letter of honor signed by the Director of the school. But at the same time, my son was placed in the first quarter of a single four (in the remaining five subjects) in the Russian language, showing principledness (I will not go into any details).
