While our doctor is on vacation .. I don’t understand where to get a certificate, whether they will give it to us at all in the office of a healthy child .. well, of course, it is possible that I am a person of "luck" and only they just don’t pick up the phone on me.

In general, I have not yet had to stand there in a crazy line, I have two sons, both are received on time. Our pediatrician does not take without an appointment at all, and this makes me happy. There is a very polite nurse in the vaccination room, everything is clear in the reception, too, I have not been rude yet. Only one thing infuriates me, on the 20th site, this is in the 5th office of the Pediatrician of the Yalonetskaya honey sister constantly annealing to me. Everything is wrong for her, she will always find something to complain about. Scolds like a little girl. Not a single visit is complete without her commentary, today she managed to say something even when I just looked for a direction, without a child.

Our baby had a vaccination doctor. Finally, we were allowed to vaccinate, we came to see the pediatrician Petrosyan. Just awful! Not only does this doctor not conduct a complete examination of the baby, she has never neatly answered our questions, but he also misinforms! We put the mantu on, checked it, and on the 16th we were assigned yutszh. We are on vacation 200 km from Krasnodar, so I asked several times how and what to do on the 16th. And also clarified the time frame. To which the answer was given, first you go to our department in room 39, set permission for vaccination at the pediatrician on duty, then go to the north 500 and put BCG there. When asked to what time the BCJ is put, Petrosyan answered: until 13:00 for sure, but later it is necessary to clarify. And today we came to this department to see the doctor on duty. We arrived at 10 am. And we were faced with the fact that we did not need to go here, but immediately to the north and only until 10 am !!! We were late thanks to your under-specialist. And now our child was left without BCJ for another half a month ?! What kind of conniving attitude towards a baby ?! I hope that this review will be read by the head of the doctor and will make a corresponding reprimand of this Petrosyan with a note in the labor, about the ealat attitude towards the child. I really look forward to a response from the management. Are all your doctors like that?
