Cossack village "Ataman"

Must place to visit. Reconstructed Cossack village, atmospheric and authentic, with lots of master classes and activities of various kind. Great views.

We got to festival and it was awesome! The only thing is loudness. But it was even more authentic. The place is historical and cool.

A very nice themed Cossacks culture centre, authentic etc. Good for kids, a nice sand beach behind) Good to visit!

Highly recommend - great historic recreation of cossack villages, very entertaining. Will be interesting for kids and adults alike. The staff and reenactors are terrific! It all really reminded of places like Colonial Williamsburg and Old Niagara Fort. It's better to go there for a musical or thematic festival as you'll get even more fun. However visiting all the old houses and watching their daily shows is good enough to pay the visit. Lots of options for food. Everything organized very well. Huge parking lot. Keep in mind there is literally nowhere to hide from the sun so dress properly, and bring sunscreen, and water.
