Convenient location of the hotel, about one km. when arriving at Tikhoretsk from the M29, you do not need to travel around the city in search of. A restaurant and a hotel are successfully combined. We had a great room, quiet and peaceful, clean. In the evening we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. Ample parking space. Free wi-fi. There is a car wash. The most convenient place for travelers!

The wedding was held in this restaurant-hotel at the highest level. The cuisine is delicious and varied. The waiters are polite to fulfill all requests. The service is excellent. The rooms are bright, spacious, beautiful. We were completely delighted. Any event is only a chancellor❤️

Pros: soft bed with double mattress. Feather pillows. You can pay by card. Issue documents for business travelers. The towels and linen are clean. The room is cleaned daily and shampoo / gel added. There is a foot towel on the floor in front of the shower. Spacious. Plumbing works flawlessly. There are breakfasts. Very polite staff. Cons (according to my number): There are no outlets near the beds. There are no bedside tables. The TV at night beats in the eyes with the brightest LED. The TV remote control is broken, there is no condenser remote control at all. No matter how you curtain the windows, the light from the window will fall on the face of the one who sleeps by the window. There is no normal table in the room, only a coffee table. Something constantly makes noise, gurgling (the source of the noise has not been identified). The duvet cover is torn at the buttons. The floor is finished with carpets, on which dozens of traces were left by previous guests, which causes unpleasant sensations of untidiness (you disdain to walk with bare feet). Weifai does not work at the hotel (not at all). Breakfasts are very scarce, they do not cause a feeling of fullness. There are no grocery stores nearby. The room has a permanent smell of tobacco (previous guests smoked with the room). No bedside light (only general light included at the door)

Stayed at the hotel for work, a very good hotel, welcomed me, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable. In the morning I had breakfast, too, delicious, I liked everything. I recommend to everyone!!!! Thank you for such a survey.

Nice and cozy place, while staying at the hotel, the room was clean, everything was tidy, cleaning was done every day, helpful staff and good cuisine.
