Nobody tried to hold us back. From the buyers we saw two girls and when they entered the store towards the shop, the sellers carried the purchased washing machine. Apparently sellers are not paid interest on sales.

Not a shop - but a sharaga, this particular one. I made an order for a NEW phone. The bottom line: sellers don't care about you. My phone, as I heard from the salesperson's conversation, was sold. I was offered to take a printed display case. Customer focus is absolutely zero. Do what you want and how you want.

I ordered a refrigerator, asked to deliver it in the afternoon, since I have a rest since the night shift. We arrived to deliver in the morning, woke him up, while he got out, the driver left, I called him back, did not pick up the phone. After that, the head of the store, Rinat, said that delivery is possible only tomorrow, since they have already arrived. I am very dissatisfied with the work of organizing the delivery, all the products will be lost, plus I have not rested since the night. There are no complaints about the product and the work of the staff, but the question of delivery was not very pleasing, and they could not find a solution to this problem with the management (although, in my opinion, we are solving the issue). Be careful about delivery.
