We stopped on October 16, for the first time I found myself in a place where, instead of voices and noise, birds sing and chirp, in the morning it sounds very beautiful, naturally you wake up in a good mood. They took the "Lesnoy" building, apparently recently erected, the rooms are new. In the main building, there is a billiard table, a cafe, everything is well-groomed and decent. There is grace on the street, greenery is everywhere. There is an exit to the sea through its own gate to the tunnel, there is a guard, its own place for sun loungers. The beach is pebbly, in some places it is slippery to enter, but basically you can enter and swim. There is a long pier, at the end of it there is a staircase directly into the water, you can also jump from it, the depth allows there. There were few people at that time in the autumn and it pleases) There is also a railway, but it does not interfere at all, the trains traveled rarely and quietly. They are fed a half-buffet,) this is when the first and second without choice and imposes the cook, and everything else you can take yourself salads, teas, coffee, herbal tea, compotes, vegetables, fruits, etc. Suitable for a relaxing holiday, stress relieve just what you need. If we count the downsides, then I have not noted them for myself, maybe just get to the city you will need to order a taxi. In general, I liked it.

Had a rest in mid-July 2020. I recommend it to everyone, very cozy, good and quiet! The boarding house is small, covered with greenery, a quiet place. If you want to relax with your family, then you are there! The rooms are good, the service is excellent, everyone is polite and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day, the area is watered and cleaned by a permanent janitor. Private beach, fenced area, security guards. Also, in addition to the rooms, there is a camping, there are all the amenities and conditions with a good place and a sea view! In general, everything is super, I liked it! As a child, I often went there to see my relatives, in Soviet times the boarding house was buzzing, there even had its own conference hall. 10 years ago everything was launched, but now everything is super! And yes, I almost forgot, there is a dining room, the prices are affordable, there is a cafe-restaurant, the prices are reasonable, the main thing is everything is delicious !!! In general, I recommend !!!

Review about the beach, not specifically the boarding house. 1) awful entrance. A narrow, long road. 2) entrance to the sea on large stones. Extremely inconvenient. 3) there are not enough cafes or toilets near the beach. The infrastructure is about zero. 4) only stopping the train saves. 5) the beach is dirty, apparently rarely cleaned. Beach, I do not recommend it.

Location pleases. The main building is located 100 meters from the sea. Opposite the building is a mountain overgrown with trees. The train station is also 100 meters away. There are few entertainment facilities for children. In general, they are not. There is also only one cafe Swallow. There is nowhere else to go. As for the sea, it is good. Entry is possible from the shore or from the pier (there are steps). The coast is rocky, there are often algae near the coast. The train to Tuapse runs 7 times a day.

We came on the weekend 09.10. The place is very quiet, a lot of greenery, a cozy territory, two steps to the sea. The rooms are very clean, the linens are crunchy. Dining is a separate topic altogether. We took full board with elements of a buffet. The food is delicious - home-style. Eating everything is not realistic, even for an adult man, without speaking already about children. The menu is varied. The beach is small but clean. Its own area with sun loungers and shower. True, it was stormy on our arrival, but we still swam. Water +25, air +26, ideal temperature ratio. And the price tag doesn't bite. In general, everyone liked it very much, I recommend it. We will come again. The only request to the hotel administration is to install a stationary pool. It's not a big investment, but it will attract more people.
