Boorish attitude of the staff. We made a reservation through booking, when we arrived, they showed us our room and told us to cancel the reservation or we won't check in. I had to quickly look for another place to live.

August 3, 2020. Arrived at the hotel at 8pm after a long journey with a booking confirmation in hand from Booking.com without the right to cancel. The receptionist said that the rooms are occupied, but there is a room at a higher price and she is ready to move in only there. It was not true, it showed that the site has three free rooms at the price I had booked. The hostess is clearly playing value games with Booking.com. It is sad in the year of the cornovirus to face such an arbitrariness of Russian hotels 😂 did not check in, left for another hotel in Tuapse, not a pleasant aftertaste.

Ordinary residential house with the owners. The road winds. The center is far away. By car, spend the night normally. Purely. Parking for two cars.

He was at work in Tuapse, spent the night in this hotel. The numbers correspond to the photos on the booking sites. The only negative in my opinion - the lack of balconies. As a smoking man, the balcony was not enough for me. A very big plus is the heat in the room. There are no odors, clean, cleaned. Recommend. There are parking places. Very friendly hosts.
