Guest House Anita

My 8-year-old son and I found the guest house "Anita" on August 16, 2020 based on reviews. Reviews as one wrote only positive. How glad we were when we arrived and realized that this is really so. Moreover, there are even more advantages and pleasant novelties that appeared in 2020. There are only five rooms, all doubles. Located on the 1st floor of the cottage. There is a large veranda with a large BBQ fireplace. There is a heated pool next to the veranda. The son was delighted. The hosts Edward and Margarita are very welcoming and kind people. It's only 15 minutes' walk from the sea, but the owners take it and bring it back, which was a surprise for us. The rooms are all brand new, in perfect condition. Each room has its own bathroom. With shower and toilet. There is an air conditioner. And even with a refrigerator. The kitchen is also perfectly clean. All conditions have been created for self-cooking. There is also a common refrigerator, very large. Separately, I would like to say that the sea is CLEAN. THE BEACH IS CLEAN. On the way from the guest house to the sea, there are very inexpensive, affordable dining rooms with a wide menu. There is also a market and a couple of cafes on the beach. But we liked the "Chocolate" dining room there. Very tasty food and affordable prices too. We bought all the gifts from the market for all tastes. And so there are few people at sea and not as noisy and bustling as in the central cities and villages of Sochi. On both sides of the beach, beautyaaa ... mountains ... At the end, I would like to sincerely express my bow and gratitude to all the reviews. It is thanks to them that we found this guest house with such good hosts. Let many people know about you because you have such a good rest !!! Ahh forgot to tell. The house is located in such a beautiful place. Under the mountain. Therefore, in the morning the birds sing, in the evening the sounds of nature. It's delightfully simple. Well, right soul rests after a hectic life ... I wish the owners Eduard and Margarita health, wellbeing and prosperity. Please save this paradise ... We will definitely come again and not alone, but as a whole family. Your children are also healthy and may they please you with their successes. HAPPINESS to your family, kindness, warmth, love and many good guests. Very cozy. The rooms have everything you need. In the courtyard there is an excellent pool and veranda. Eduard and Margarita are wonderful, helpful people. All perfectly!
