Nice hotel. Located on the road and a lot of noise from it. The staff is not the most friendly at the reception. Nice cafe by the pool. The rooms are large, spacious. But the dead batteries on the air conditioner remotes made us a sleepless night. In the price segment up to 2500 / night per season, the hotel is acceptable, if the price is higher, take another.

A hotel with a claim to luxury-style hotels in Europe and Turkey. But all the beauty is only outside. Marble floors in the lobby and on the floors. A standard room has a large double bed, a sofa, a TV and a cabinet under it, an air conditioner, a mirror with a table and an ottoman, a refrigerator cabinet and a large wardrobe. Pros: Own parking. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, minimalist design, everything is simple without grandma's motley bedspreads and creepy dusty chairs. White towels and bed linen. Comfortable mattresses on the beds. There is a Supra plasma TV on the wall. It has a USB connector, you can watch your movies on a small flash drive. On a large loggia there is a table, two chairs and a clothes dryer. There is an ironing board with an iron in the hallway on the floor. The windows of the even numbers look to the north, and in the left wing of the building, going out onto the loggia on the left, you can partially see the sea. The odd rooms have a magnificent view of the sea, but the A-147 highway is rustling under the windows and the scorching sun looks out the window all day. There is a swimming pool and it looks clean without heating, and, accordingly, with ice water. It is impossible to swim in it. There are tables around the pool, a restaurant-bar and several sun loungers. The kharcho soup in the restaurant is very spicy and very tasty (250 rubles) Thanks to the chef! Wi-fi catches in places, but the Internet speed is low and Internet access often disappears. Taking into account modern tariffs for mobile Internet throughout Russia, this is not so important for many users. For example, my Tele2 consistently catches two out of four bars in the 4G + number, and 100% confident reception along the entire coast. Not far from the hotel there is a Sberbank ATM (see on the map in the bank's application). The noisy restaurants are 350 meters away and almost inaudible. There are many more cons. Payment for accommodation in a standard room 4 thousand per night only in cash or on-line transfer, credit cards will not work and receipts for payment are not issued. Service for 2+, no more. You constantly have to contact the reception. Need a hairdryer? Ask. Need a kettle? Ask. Need some water? Ask. Need a clothes dryer? Ask. On my balcony there were no sills, no table, no dryer. Just go and ask, ask, ask. There is no time to rest. The floors in the room are tiled with corrugated tiles, they are washed with a dirty white cloth and, accordingly, walking barefoot is unrealistic. The heels turn black immediately. In the wardrobe, the doors move with difficulty and with an eerie wheeze. Reception request for renovation went unanswered. The shelves in the closet are dusty and dirty. The mini-fridge is not in the bedside table specially designed for it, but in the closet, because they missed the outlet by half a meter. There is terrible dirt under the fridge, and no one wipes it in the fridge either after the guests left, we had to use wet wipes ourselves. In room 314, a refrigerator is generally free-standing right in the middle of the room. The bathroom is combined. The shower head was broken and had to go to the reception again. There is no tap in the bathroom, only a shower hose. It flows from under the bathroom, the master waved his hand and left. If the door to the bathroom is open, you can hear the toilet in the next room being flushed. The audibility is excellent! There is no ceiling light in the hallway. There are two sockets near the bed, but no sconces. Only general lighting with a chandelier on the ceiling. No water glasses, no cups. There is a kitchen under the windows of the even rooms, and when they cook there on the grill, the smoke from the chimney follows the wind right into the room. In the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening the staff eats in the kitchen, so all conversations are heard very well. Once I had to ask them to talk more quietly already well after midnight. You must bring your own towels for the beach and pool. The hotel description states its access to the sea and its own beach. There is a beach, but it does not belong to the hotel and it is absolutely wild and not pretty. Nobody cleans up, but many people litter. And getting to the beach is rather difficult, because a steep staircase of 68 steps leads to it. You can get to this beach only by crossing the track in the wrong place at your own peril and risk. The hotel's website states: "there are hot and cold water coolers on each floor." Incorrect information

I will write about the cottage on the sea side. There are six rooms with a shared kitchen. The room has a refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. Pleased with good mattresses and new plumbing. Convenient parking and descent to the sea. Windows and balconies overlook the sea. The noise of the road is not heard.
