Good economy class hotel. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, shower, clean linen. The staff are polite and attentive. Thanks for a nice stay!

The worst thing I've ever met !! Everything is worn out, laundry washed, complete unsanitary conditions

My husband was in Tuapse in October with a colleague on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. Apart from the disappointment from the visit, there was nothing left! The room is small, the ventilation does not work, the toilet is dirty with stale air. Furniture Sovdep. The administrator is a nice girl, but absolutely "0" reaction to comments about the unpleasant smell in the room.

Decent only lounge and flight of stairs. Room for 3 TR just awful! Wretchedly! Mud! Mattresses and beds 30 years ago. There are some splashes on the walls, something is smeared on the wall in the bathroom. Moved the beds, and soooo !!! I had to wash the floor in general itself. It was disgusting to sleep, but there was no where to go.
