I bought a phone and a tablet, I didn't choose the store on purpose, I walked by. The tablet turned out to be unusable: the sound, like from a barrel, is quiet! Discharged after an hour and a half of watching a movie on YouTube, and it takes a very long time to load. I tried to return, the goods were not taken, they arranged a whole procedure with an attempt at lying, fraud. Apparently, they were playing for time so that after 15 days it was impossible to return. The director promised to return the money. I'm waiting, very unpleasant sensations. I am no longer a walker to this store

The most ordinary home appliance store. On the second floor a corner of cool goods and all sorts of gizmos. And the consultant there is Sergey, such a normal guy.

We came here from Eldorado, in which sellers (a pathetic sight when the seller smacks his goods) argued that the guarantee was only paid, that the microwave would break for sure and so on. We came to the Expert, chose, bought - "keep the check, one year warranty." Once again I am convinced that Eldorado is the bottom in which the same people work. An excellent store with a large assortment of products, both large and small. Competent counseling friendly service. Furnishings at home :). I recommend this store.

Acceptable prices. The atmosphere of the store predisposes to shopping. Staff service is literate, understandable, and there are no issues after the counseling. I recommend this store for shopping both small and large. Stay satisfied.
