Excellent pools (swimming and spa). Surprisingly low temperatures in thermal zone (sauna, steam room, hamam)

Didn't like it, the water in the pool is cold, there are only 2 massage locations plus 2 compartments such as a jacuzzi with barely living bubbles. They let the woman and the girl through, both of them had waist-length hair, they swam, of course, there is no talk of a hat, but at least to collect hair in an elastic band, the staff did not remark. The thermal zone is separate, to go through a rather cool hall. There is a sauna, steam room, relaxation area. Well ... not enough for a 5-star hotel. Bathrobes and towels are issued, the quality is normal, no threads. We went here only because it is more expensive at +960 altitude.

The place is good, relaxation can be caught, but in the recreation area they often come with children and then any sign asking them to be quiet loses all meaning. The bar, as usual, is more expensive than it could be. The staff is friendly. In general, very much, especially considering that the entry price is more than loyal.

Were in March 2020. For residents in apartments GorkiCity discount. Loved the spa complex. We will definitely come here again if we come to Krasnaya Polyana. Of course, when people come who do not understand the importance of maintaining silence, pleasure spoils, but this is not the fault of the complex or the hotel. Warm bath, sauna, wet steam room, hammam, sofa area, regular pool - everything is just magical.

Nice spacious spa. Visited in early November. Big hamam, saunas, not a deep, but a large pool. There are other spa treatments. There is a vip service and separate locker rooms and lounges.
