Nice, cozy, the restaurant is bright and beautiful, but everything exactly resembles the Soviet dining room, the cooks are lousy, and this is the main point for the restaurant. For the owner of info: do not be stingy with the designer and make a modern restaurant and hire the main chef to cook perfectly and I am sure you will quickly beat off your wastes.

A terrible hotel, dirty, pipes sticking everywhere, in the room for 1000 rubles there is a prehistoric TV, a half-wardrobe and 2 small beds. There are no amenities, a toilet is one for several rooms in the corridor, there’s really no washing where ... Cockroaches run around, the door closes on the old lock and the workers .... Inadequate .... It’s better to stay in a hostel than in the Niva Hotel. She found a review on the Internet, it says "returned in the 80s, everything is super", guys, an obvious setup ... I regretted that I didn’t take a photo of this bug! A carafe on the table in the room with dirty glasses and water, which is almost mold ... It was terrible ...

The location of the hotel is convenient, easy to find, parking is free, but no security. The suites in a separate building are not bad. The main building of the hotel is simpler, with a Soviet flavor. They save on lighting in the rooms, one work lamp in the lamp on the ceiling. Few outlets. Breakfast can be ordered in the cafe of the same name, on the ground floor, it will be scrambled eggs and coffee / tea. The room rate is not included.
