I have been resting in the Shinkar boarding house for 10 years. This is the best vacation on the Azov-Black Sea coast. Great service, friendly staff. Excellent three meals a day. Pools for adults and children are clean, soft water is constantly filtered and looked after. Comfortable wonderful rooms to stay. The beach area is located in the first line, it is very convenient and close. Descent to the sea by steps. I really like to rest here always. Come, you will be very satisfied and happy !!!

Wonderful area: lots of greenery, shade, two large swimming pools, playground. Quiet, no fuss, just what you need for mental relaxation. Large comfortable room with kitchenette and refrigerator, large loggia, TV in each room and plenty of storage space. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. I was especially pleasantly surprised that we received a call when we forgot a personal item. A very large and clean beach is nearby, practically on the territory. But there are also disadvantages: wifi in the room does not work as the administrator did not try to set it up, but unfortunately it did not work in the room, there was not enough signal. the soul does not leave water. The rules for using the pool clearly need to be revised, it is not clear why it is impossible to use mattresses, while this is not indicated in the rules, but we received a comment, after the above arguments, the administrator apologized and allowed to use it, but the mood was not the same. On the day of departure at 10.20, the maid came in, opening the door with her keys with questions you ask, we were not in the form to receive people. Yes, we did not have time to open at the knock as we slept, but the hour of departure at the hotel is 12.00 and not 10.00. And just a friendly advice to guests to be more lenient, yet the price level is clearly higher than the level of the hotel. We were in places with a better location and with a lower price tag, but at the same time we were allowed to use the pool around the clock and on its territory we sold various drinks and individually turned on the lights. And the opening hours of the canteen, in my opinion, should be extended, breakfast from 8.30 to 9.30 is like a camp.

Very quiet and peaceful! There is a pool! For family holidays, super!

The place is excellent. There are so many trees, just like in the park)) there are two swimming pools on the territory, one is an adult (huge); the second is for children, also not small. The water in the pool is clean. It takes half a minute to walk to the sea. There is a playground for many. An important point - you can come here with animals!

Awful place. We arrived in the evening, around the darkness. Even water has nowhere to take. Dining room works on time and to order. The administrations of FIG. Prices are exorbitant. Houses -like containers. Bomzhatnik. Found a million times better and cheaper nearby.
