The best hotel I have ever visited

Great service. Superb entertainments for children. Refurbished and comfortable rooms. The only thing could be improved is restaurant, now it looks like something from the past))

Clean room Super food Service is great! The territory is cool Two points: 1. There is not enough pool in the off-season 2. There is an appointment at the Spa, but why is not clear! Too many people are being launched at the same time. It is very uncomfortable to sit on each other's heads. And more ... There was a family with a baby who screamed incessantly. This is not an individual sauna, as for me it is necessary to limit the number and not allow such small children.

Great hotel, rested there several times, I like other hotels of the chain. A very comfortable format for recreation, beautiful territory, good restaurant, rooms, near the central embankment. It is important that there are many children's services and entertainment, there is even a mini-water park, in the children's club you can leave the child under supervision (mothers will understand how valuable it is sometimes))). It is close to the sea, you have to walk along a quiet, shady street, given that the food at the hotel is a good buffet, the promenade to the beach and back is also valuable)) the beach is on a wooden pontoon, you go straight into the water, you don't have to walk over the stones. We know Gelendzhik beaches quite well - these are mainly pebbles and stones, believe me, a pontoon is better than a rocky bottom. The hotel has unobtrusive animation, every day there are master classes for children and adults, in the evening concerts, discos, there is a cool play terrace with billiards, air hockey, table football and tennis. Everything is freely available. I am still not tired of admiring the Japanese garden - this is a green, shady part of the territory with original eco-style playgrounds, hammocks and a lounge area. In general, the hotel is expensive, but if you consider how many joys is included in this price, the price is clear. If someone somewhere knows a similar hotel, but cheaper, tell us, we will take it)))

Holidays in Biaritz have already become traditional for my family and my friends. In July 2020, for the third time I was lucky enough to visit this beautiful hotel. Why were you lucky? It's simple, booked for May, but for a known reason the rest did not take place. And thanks to the policy of the hotel management, we were presented with the opportunity to relax in July!
