We have been resting for a week now, we have booked tickets for the second half of October. Everything is wonderful. The main building "Nadezhda", suite, sunny side with a sea view. The closer the room is to the sea, the better you can see the sea from the window, the floor, the higher the better, the first one is better not to take. Meals from the Nadezhda restaurant, a wide variety of dishes for every taste, fruits all day, delicious pies and live music, champagne for breakfast, red and white wine in the evening, I really like everything. The beach is beautiful, the spa complex is not very large, but quite, a swimming pool, 2 Finnish saunas and a hamam. We must have time to sign up on time, otherwise we will not get there. Awesomely beautiful area with many conifers and other trees and shrubs, thanks to gardeners and designers, we walk every day and enjoy. The staff is not intrusive, polite and friendly. Excellent work of animators, many sports and leisure activities every day. The maids clean every day, lovely polite girls, they also give water every day, but if you are not in the room, they may not be given. The room has a kettle, cups, but for some reason there are no saucers, it is strange for a suite, but this is the only trifle of the minuses. The main thing is to know that there are other buildings in the sanatorium, where there are three stars and food is there in the Edem restaurant, everything is simpler there and possibly other reviews. Yes, the treatment is weak, the medical building is not large and apparently cannot cope with the number of vacationers, you can be prescribed procedures almost before leaving home, and some procedures are simply not there or they are for a fee. Overall, the place is good.

We visited this incredibly beautiful and comfortable place in the fall. Cozy, warm. The views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking! Great service! Wonderful pool! An unforgettable rest of body and soul!

Its own equipped pebble beach (shower, toilet, sun loungers and umbrellas, ladders for entering the water, stairs on the pier), 2 swimming pools with water slides (for children and adults), animation for adults (darts, volleyball, badminton, aqua aerobics, water polo, contests) and children's animation, a spa area, a huge green well-groomed area, cafes and bars on the territory, 2 restaurants in the main building, its own medical center. three meals a day and a bonus (breakfast with a glass of champagne, dinner with wine). Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every 3 days, bathrobes, slippers and personal hygiene items are regularly replenished. Evenings are quiet and peaceful, there is a gym and outdoor sports grounds. On the territory there is an open-air cinema, its own chapel, and a tennis court. A representative of the "Strelets" travel agency sits at the hotel every day until 9:30, which is convenient for booking excursions. The sea is clean, because the hotel is located near Kabardinka on Cape Doob and there is always a current. To Kabardinka by taxi 6 minutes, there is an embankment with attractions, cafes, karaoke and shops. Great place to stay!

I have always been loyal to the hotel industry, because I understand how hard it is. But the degree of my indignation here went beyond all boundaries. I'll start from the very beginning. For two days of living, I paid about 30 thousand rubles. And I think this is a good sum for a good hotel with a 5-star category, the service should cost so much. But! Entering through checkpoint 1, I, as a client, should not notice the work of the security service, here as in the interrogation "Surname, Name, Date of birth" Further, after the question of how to get to the reception, the answer was: "straight ahead, and there on the left, you will figure it out." At 14:05 there was a small queue at the counter. And there was a conflict situation where the client demanded to call a supervisor, apparently because they did not move in, due to the unavailability of the room. I was struck in this situation by the reaction of the receptionist. She simply dropped her eyes and was silent. We were given the keys. We went to the room. And then I was just plunged into shock by his condition. But then after walking around the hotel everything fell into place. I will not go into details, but I will note that I understand that the hotel has been operating since 1996 and it is clear that the renovation of the number of rooms is quite an expensive undertaking. But there are little things that the client uses every time, these are door handles, a shower head, and in the end a toilet brush. I will attach a photo. It costs nothing to change these things for the hotel. How can you be so mean? I understand that the price of accommodation includes the maintenance of a huge territory, swimming pools and sports grounds, but the state of all this is depressing. The state of the restaurants is like a snack bar near the station. Restaurant prices are overpriced, price / quality ratio is simply disgusting. Service suffers as well, employees try, but there is no standardization of customer service quality. Breakfasts are at the level of 3 stars hotels. Nothing special. What thoughts have visited me. I think in the late 90's, the sanatorium was very nice. Over the years, they have earned a reputation and now in 2020 it is somehow trying to exist at the expense of the old days. But a good reputation is hard to earn and very easy to lose. And I don’t understand if hotel managers have never been to 5-star hotels, and they don’t understand what level of service should be? If not for the huge territory with beautiful manicured plants, how much would the price of staying in a hotel in a standard room cost? I will assume that the prices for accommodation in neighboring guest houses are in the region. I hope for at least some reaction to my review. Thanks for your attention
