It is generally better not to get into the off-season, because all summer activities are already closed, and winter ones are not yet open. Husky park is working, but cable cars do not go there, snowmobiles still have little snow, and ATVs already have a lot. When I was there, they also arranged a major overhaul of all wooden handrails and painting the facades of the cottages. And yet the feeling of mountains and relaxation outweighs all the inconveniences. The buffet is very good. For example, for dinner, I took mussels and lamb crumbs. There are no frills for breakfast, but still very tasty. It is better to get here by cable car (if there is no heavy luggage). At least it is faster, more beautiful and without the bumpiness on the serpentine. I took an apartment. Really a full-fledged kopeck piece with a full kitchen. Only a pity for the view of the yard. I’m waiting for the snow and I’ll go for a ride to the rose farm. they open their routes 10 days earlier than Gazprom.

Visited the spa complex on December 20th. No basic sanitary standards and recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor on the prevention of coronavirus infection are observed here. There are so many people that the number is many times greater than the presence of sun loungers, not to mention the fact that the steam rooms resemble a public bath for 150 rubles. There is one big puddle in the pool complex, no cleaning is done. The locker rooms are full of people. There is no soap and antiseptics in the area of ​​pools and steam rooms at all. In a word, horror.

The most beloved hotel in the Krasnaya Polyana mountains! The outdoor pool with mountain views and the spa are wonderful! In my opinion, the hotel is worth the money, even in the off-season. Stayed in standard, studio and suite. The suite is very old-fashioned, the only advantage is a separate living room and two balconies. The studio is more expensive than the standard, but for some reason less comfortable, and even the balcony door opens onto a common long balcony, on which anyone can walk (that is, you cannot sleep at night with an open balcony door). The standard balcony is your own. In general, I liked the design of the standard the most. The choice of restaurants for dinner is not great - either the buffet (which was somehow scarce in the off-season), or the Irish pub, where there are a lot of visitors and you have to wait a long time to order. In all fairness, the food in the Pub is delicious, and the children's menu is worthy of special praise - steamed cutlets, side dishes without salt, fresh vegetables. Wishes: put at least chairs on the balcony! Why do you need a balcony if you can't sit on it even in summer to enjoy the view of the mountains! The same is with the hotel's outdoor verandas - they are huge and beautiful, but who needs them without benches and sun loungers! This year, a plastic surgery clinic is located in one of the buildings. It is somehow strange and unpleasant, while on vacation, to walk past the rooms with the words "Operating room" and "Postoperative ward".
