I went to VTB Bank and received a coupon at 18:49 on 31.07.2019 - there are practically no clients in the Bank. They called out the window only at 19.28 !!! Half of the windows are not working. more than 30 minutes waiting to cancel the 1st debit card service!

Mess!!! The queue is more than 4-5 people. When the manager was told this, instead of calling in addition, she said that everything was in place. Moreover, more than half of the jobs were vacant.

Disgusting service. queue. inquiry waited 2 months (in the end, did already with me). To get through to the "specialist" is possible only if you are interested in him, in the opposite case, do not answer the calls ... I will use the services of other banks.

You say "Russian Post" does not work well, just because you have not been to VTB. There are only two employees, a queue of 10 people. You have to wait about an hour for your turn.
