I stand in line for 50 minutes and it is not yet known how long to wait, very slow service, two people work. One gets the impression that the bank is not focused on high-quality and FAST service to its clients. No more foot in this bank.

The worst bank I've ever met. Transferring from account to account is the problem of the century. The hotline does not give any sensible answer, please wait.

I stayed at the bank for 2 hours to pay a mortgage. And so almost every time. There is 1 operator, they say everyone quit. There is no electronic queue, there is a crowd of people and everyone is cursing like in a market. I overpay the bank 100% for the mortgage and even sit in the queues. Complete nonsense, and the worst thing is that the mortgage is still 18 years old to pay. I do not recommend this bank, the most terrible of all that I have seen.

Incompetent employees. Opening an account and transferring it to another bank account turned out to be a whole problem that was solved by 3 bank employees. On the staff table, dust with shreds of hair, a very dirty office.

The clerks behave like gods, talk haughty with customers (not all of them). They contradict each other, even funny.
