I do not recommend booking a place in this hotel. The hotel staff does not understand the meaning of the word "reservation". We booked 3 rooms through booking. Received confirmation from the hotel. On the way I called twice, warning that we were delaying due to traffic jams. As a result, arriving at 23.00, they found that our reservation had been given away. The hotel administration, instead of apologizing and offering a solution for our accommodation, arranged a "showdown" among themselves. We were forced to look for housing at night, and in fact we had to drive more than 100 km to Krasnodar, since everything was busy nearby.

The staff is not friendly, the rooms are dirty, the reviews about dirty rooms are personalized, they were called a mare, a pig, a man, etc. The bosses do not rely on the reviews of the guests, (dust in these places is the norm) allegedly the owner told me. Talked about the suite. In conclusion, I listened to threats to the life of me and my girlfriend. I really do not recommend this "hotel" from the hotel there is only a name and a decent corridor, despite the fact that the price tag is rather big. I don’t understand how you can treat guests like that, in principle, let alone the hotel business. I am very sorry to have contacted them)

Friendly host, cozy guest house, nice renovation, convenient location. Not the first time we stop. Recommend

An excellent guest house with a beautiful interior, on each floor there is a water cooler and a small "kitchen". The room has all the necessary amenities, including soft beds and fast wi-fi. In the building itself there is a liquor store and a very popular bakery among the locals.
