I want to share the boorish attitude of the Aeroflot employees, due to the fault of which, three passengers of the flight “1005” on July 19, 2017 could not fly. from Khrabrovo to Karaganda in transit through Sheremetyevo Airport. Standing in the queue for 35 minutes to register flight 1005 Khrabrovo-Sheremetyevo, the girl who checked the passengers for this flight asked me to approach all the passengers who had not checked in, the time at that moment was 15:18, the check-in should have ended on the online scoreboard at 15:35 she accepted all the documents necessary for registration to the check-in counter, checked and after that the airport employee approached who talked on the phone and changed the time for check-in to 15:25 although the time was 15:21 they tell us that my parents and You were late for the flight. I tell the employee that at 3:22 p.m. he spreads his arms and says that we should go to the representatives of Aeroflot and understand there. To the question that the registration on the scoreboard was until 15.35, they answered us: well, we changed it before 15.25, although this was not announced anywhere, there was no warning that registration was ending. We went up to the second floor to the representatives of Aeroflot and tell everything that the representative tells us that it was necessary to register through the online site, and not at the airport. I was taken aback by the fact that they blamed us for their mistake and incompetence. I said that I would write a complaint, after which they stirred and began to offer other flights. We agreed and they printed new tickets for us the next day. Then I find out that three passengers who were late for flight 1003, which had already left, were put on flight 1005. Moreover, the representatives of Aeroflot did not even apologize! After this incident, we no longer have trust in the Aeroflot company !!!
