I deleted my first review, as the owner of the salon returned the cost of my staining to me (6t.400r). But, the terrible consequences from the actions of a salon employee named Lily - continue! After the procedure of root highlighting and tinting with “gentle” and “soft” means of the Pharmavita brand, almost all of my hair that was highlighted, 4-5 cm from the root, fell off. The remaining hair, shoulder length, also feels not in the best way. I repeat, the strands continue to fall, despite all my tetanic efforts to save them. I could not even imagine that such a nightmare is possible in our time. It’s just to disfigure a person, not to apologize, not to attach special importance to this, but every woman knows how important beautiful, and in the end, any hair, is for all of us. I signed up for a short haircut in a decent salon, but found it necessary, very necessary, to warn other possible victims of unprofessionalism, indifference and irresponsibility. Do not risk your hair, do not be careless like me! The money for the “killer” staining was returned to me (after a thorough investigation), but who will return my hair and completely ruined summer mood ??! Take care of yourself!
