They promised a Deluxe for 3200 rubles. For two. We settled in a standard 3-bed room. They assure that everything is in order. The yard is being renovated. Either a toilet or an outdoor shower is being erected. Very noisy. They work with a cutting machine. Public parking. Parking spaces are not guaranteed. Accepted with animals. Plus 700 rubles per day. Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you do not return the difference in money, I leave this review. It is relatively close to the sea .. On the way there are canteens, shawarma, shops with cold and fresh beer.

Great place to stay with your family. Very beautiful courtyard, many plants. Safe, large pool. The rooms are cozy, clean, there is everything you need. Cafe "Pegasus Stall" is open during the season.
