Very good clinic and the staff are very welcoming

I visited this clinic during the period of quarantine in the region (June 8, 2020) and was extremely surprised that absolutely all the staff were WITHOUT MASK and GLOVE, I was the only one in the mask. Administrators (2 young girls) are rude, extremely aggressive and completely incorrect. The CT apparatus on which I was taken was not processed by me (it remains to be hoped that at least someone processed it before me), the protective vest is huge and absolutely did not protect either the thyroid gland or the chest, which is UNACCEPTABLE !!! When asked to provide another protective vest, in all clinics there is a child's size, the blonde (the nurse or the administrator, who she is there, I do not know) has pounded me! The attitude of the staff is boorish and intolerant, any of my questions were accompanied by an unmotivated attack of aggression in my direction. I DO NOT ADVISE TO APPLY TO THIS CLINIC !!! Aseptic and Antiseptic measures are not followed !!!

Terribly ill-educated female administrators, I haven’t met such people in one clinic yet, they are very aggressive, I don’t know who and where they got to work from, but in a real "Swiss clinic" they would have been fired on the first day, plus a dental assistant, it’s very tactless, the girl’s name is Suanda, it’s insanely unpleasant to go to such a clinic where staff of this level work ( And I do not advise anyone to go to the doctor Ruslan Mashukov, he obviously will not help you with toothache, he cannot even adequately answer questions.

He treated teeth, modern equipment, qualified specialists, polite employees.

I took my daughter there (from 6 to 7 years old) more than once, because she liked the doctor Nart and his nurse, but after the last time she didn’t go there! This Nart screamed like a tantrum, was unhappy, made the child cry, spoke very rudely! A little more and I would have spat in his face and left from there but for the sake of the child I restrained myself! I highly recommend it!
