Due to the small amount of work, your mother had 20 minutes to restore the temporary crown, which was delivered to us in 2015, so no overlays were foreseen in time. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to foresee how long the work with each specific patient will be. Due to the fact that the patient preceding your mother required a longer procedure, we had to ask her to come a little later than the appointed time. It should be added that assistance was rendered to her in a high quality and in full. Regarding the pricing policy of our clinic, we inform you that the price list with the name of the services and their prices is always freely available for patients, and therefore they always have the right to choose whether to use the services of our clinic or not. Considering that your mother has been a patient of our clinic since 2012, she could not be unaware of the cost of the services provided to her.

Went here with mom. Directly, she needed a consultation. Appointed on Friday at 15h, because there was no other time for the coming week. OK. Mom adjusted the work schedule specifically for this time. I came from Donduktovskaya! Upon arrival at the doctor we observe a picture - 2 people at a reception at 2 doctors and 4 more are sitting. ... Well, we think that maybe those accompanying ... We sat for 45 minutes !!! One came out from the doctor, followed by another (kissers, hugs, conversations: "How are you") ... Well, we think they are late ... But NO! No idea who all these people were, BUT how is the TIME of the queue ?! Further, the doctor declares: "Come at 18h, I am EMPLOYED now" ... What the hell ????! I tell mom, let's go and do not need to return, but no. The crown rained down, it can’t eat normally. He insists that at 18h they will immediately accept her. Okay ... We arrive at 18h .... SIT 45 MIN again! Again "extraordinary comrades, girlfriends." In the end, the doctor “repairs” the crowns in 15 minutes and we paid 1000r for this !!!! To my indignation: why the extraordinary pass in groups (the doctor herself went out, took her arm and led to her), why they called the person on weekdays for 46 km and didn’t take them at the appointed time, and what kind of price for such a waiting time and 15 minutes of “work” the girl at the reception only sighed and looked down ...
