In the course of clarifying the circumstances, I called with clarifying questions directly to Optimum, where they answered me that I needed to contact the center where I was given the test. Since they can't see my email address. Although, in the very center, after the delivery, they say that the result will come to the post office ... The end and edge is not visible who and when should send. Everyone is transferring responsibility from each other. As a result, a lot of waiting time is wasted. I had to go personally to the center, wasting precious time to get the certificate in my hands. I do not recommend these intermediaries !!!
