We want to thank Yaroslavl Travel and the guide Alexander Ezhikov, who on January 6, 2020 gave our group a wonderful tour of Yaroslavl! An unexpected and pleasant surprise for us was an emotional meeting with bread and salt, presented on a colorful rushnyk. The most delicious loaf with Thursday Kostroma salt very handy reinforced our strength! As the old Russian proverb says: "the middle is full - and the edges play!". Here in such high spirits we began acquaintance with the sights of Yaroslavl! Alexander impressed us with his enthusiasm for the history of his native land and his ability to show for a limited time the main symbolic places of the old city and “infect” us with his love for his native city. Alexander also very courageously endured the harsh conditions of winter weather and looking at him, we also tried not to give in to Santa Claus! Thanks to Alexander for getting to know Yaroslavl! After meeting with such a guide, I want to return for new vivid impressions and continued acquaintance with the city! We have been using the services of the company for three years. I like everything very much. Girls always go to a meeting and are always ready to help. Our trip lasted from 04/24/19 to 04/28/19. The group consisted of 4 adults and 19 children (students of 7 "B" and 5 "A" classes of secondary school number 4 in Yaroslavl). The excursion program was based on the wishes of the children and their parents. It consisted of: a sightseeing tour of the city; visiting the Kunstkamera; walking tour of Nevsky Prospect; visiting the museum of St. Petersburg and its suburbs and visiting the Hermitage. The program was very bright and intense. Of the excursions, especially memorable: a sightseeing tour of the memorial museum "Cruiser Aurora", the museum of A.S. Pushkin "Moika, 12". The museum "Cruiser Aurora" really liked the work of the guide and the content of the tour itself. The guys listened attentively to the story, accompanied by video clips. The purpose of the tour was to foster patriotism and love for the motherland. Excursion to the museum of A.S. Pushkin was sent to get acquainted with the main stages of the life and work of the poet, who were not familiar to the children before that time. They were able to see the desk, at which Alexandra Sergeevich was writing his brilliant works, and the sofa, on which Pushkin lay wounded after a duel with Dantes. We recommend an additional tour of the canals of St. Petersburg (pay attention to the weather). In general, I liked the program very much, we were lucky with the weather, it was warm and sunny. I would like to draw attention to some shortcomings. More than two excursions a day should not be chosen, because very tired. Children didn't always like the choice of dishes for lunch and dinner. When staying at a hotel, our group was settled on two different floors (argued that the hotel was overcrowded). For the same reason, breakfast time was limited (the buffet instead of 1 hour lasted 30 minutes). Our group is grateful for the organization of the trip to the company "Yaroslavl Travel", personally to the director Krylova Maria Mikhailovna and our travel agent Barysheva Anastasia.
