I bought the first sofa 8 years ago, then I had to give it to my friends, but they still have it in good condition, even though there are a lot of children jumping on it. I bought a second sofa recently, in some places the cat has already scratched leatherette, but this is not a jamb of the store. But their delivery times are awful, I remember the wardrobe also waited a long time. And now I'm waiting for a table, today is the delivery time, and he still has a status in production .. I will call, sort it out. But they can’t get through. All calls are paid and the phone is not answered. You just listen to music for hours at your own expense. DO NOT CONTACT !!!!! We bought furniture. It began with the fact that the employee did not know the assortment and I independently chose on the site. We placed an order with full payment on April 15, delivery was issued on the 29th, but nothing was delivered on the 29th. They brought a chest of drawers, a transforming table and a sofa on May 5, they brought the wrong sofa, they promised to bring it on the 7th, they didn't bring it, they brought it on the 9th. Collected, as it turned out after a week of operation, all surfaces are terribly scratched, the quality, to put it mildly, is not very good. There was a wardrobe, which I refused to wait and on May 14 I wrote an application for a refund. They promised 10 days, there is still no money. I called and promised that on June 7 the money would be there, but no. All this time I call, they promise to call back and have never called back, empty promises and answers: “I'm just a seller. I can’t do anything. ” I can't say anything positive! Never under any circumstances buy there!
