Hyatt Regency Sochi

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. First of all the location is great, just a few steps and you’re at the beach enjoying the warm and calm Black Sea and sunbathing. There is a lot to do in sochi with lots of touristic activities, restaurants and others. The hotel itself is excellent. It is very well decorated with good taste. I especially liked the design of the rooms, very luminous and spacious (but I guess it depends on which one you take). The rooms are well equipped as well, with AC, TV, a bar and excellent showers. The food offer is also great with lots of choice and a variety of styles. The cooking is delicious and done to the highest standards (Much better than the other restaurants in sochi). Small drawback is the price tho: the breakfast is priced at 1800 rub but I found it was worth it. Another cool thing is the lounge at the 14th floor serving complimentary drinks all day long and some snacks from 6pm to 8pm. Another good aspect of this hotel is the SPA and the swimming pool. The pool is large and has lots of place to sunbath on the side. There is also a bar serving food and all kinds of cocktails. The SPA was good and offers some good privacy. There is also a gym although I have tried it out. I also wanted to point out the excellence and the dedication of the people that work here. They have always been super friendly and professional and helped with everything. I really liked the personal touch from the service when, after a complain,they brought a complimentary champagne bottle and at the birthday of one of the members of my group, they brought a birthday cake and balloons with a handwritten card. Truly awesome people and professionals. Overall an outstanding experience at this hotel that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

Clean and tidy. Hospitable staff. Good location. The FO staff Anastasia greeted warmly and were very helpful with suggestion about surrounding places of interest. Recommend.

Brilliant hotel with lovely and attentive staff throughout.

The Hyatt Sochi is a wonderful property overlooking the Black sea. We toured this contemporary facility. The rooms are spacious with great views, comfortable beds, and outstanding bathrooms. The meeting rooms are functional and well maintained. The lounge provided good food and service. This hotel is a recommend.
