Novotel Resort Krasnaya Polyana Sochi

I really like this place, because there are soft white bathrobes and really good view from the window. I really recommend this place, you should visit it !

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful so I was able to fully enjoy my stay. The spa massage was a brilliant way to unwind after a day in the mountains. My room was more than I expected with a view that I couldn't get bored of. I formally couldn't recommend this place enough ☺️

I stayed at the hotel Novotel Krasnaya Polyana from 08.02.2020 to 17.02.2020 for skiing holidays. I was completely satisfied and with pleasure I would stay there again. Hotel Five star hotel with an excellent and comfortable location. The staff is courteous and professional. The hotel has a fitness room, hamam and a sauna. The wi-fi works throughout the hotel territory. One of the USPs of this hotel is its direct exit to the slope. There is a locker room for the skiing equipment as well. The concierge was always happy to help me with anything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Room I booked a "Superior King" room. The view from my room was magnificent. The room was spacious, had a high ceiling and was very calm and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bedsheets were of the highest quality. I slept well from the first night! Further amenities in my room were, among others, an iron with board, hairdryer, safe, kettle and free water. Restaurant The breakfast was served as a buffet, but it was always possible to order additional meals from the chefs, e.g. omelettes or scrambled eggs. After breakfast the restaurant worked "à la carte". All the meals I had were delicious and neatly served. The prices at the hotel restaurant were not significantly higher than in surrounding restaurants.
