We turned to FDO on the advice of a friend who had been dealing with windows for many years, but retired due to health problems. We changed 4 windows in the apartment (loggia, 2 rooms). Manager Ekaterina was very attentive to our wishes, consulted, made a preliminary calculation of our size. Leonid twice came to measure - a competent, conscientious, attentive to details measurer. Twice, because I had to dismantle the wooden windows on the loggia and install a metal pipe there for strength. After the second measurement, the windows were waiting for about a week. The windows were delivered on the eve of installation. The day of installation was agreed with us to make it convenient for us. Alexey came to the editing with an assistant. Installed windows for 8 hours, with one 5 minute break. Everything is thorough, reliable, the person knows what he is doing. We were satisfied with the cooperation with FDO: attention to the customer, high-quality materials, own production, competence of employees, friendliness, efficiency. I recommend to everyone.
