Excellent service, private parking. Location: 10 minutes walk to Gorki Gorod and 15 minutes to Rosa Khutor. The price includes a visit to the spa area: swimming pool, hammam, Finnish bath - it is clean and pleasant to be there, and there is so much steam in the hammam that you cannot see anything at all, very cool :) Rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator, a safe, bathrobes, towels, a balcony (a special plus). WiFi works smartly, not for show. Also included in the price is a buffet breakfast: hearty, tasty and good juice with pulp (not a chemical powder). Separately, I note the work of the maids: the rooms are clean and the maids themselves are very friendly. The staff at the reception are polite and helpful. A good place to stay, and the atmosphere itself gave the impression that the hotel was empty at all.

Wonderful small but very friendly hotel. It justifies its 3 *: daily cleaning, on day 2 we changed the towels. There are bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps, disposable razors, shampoo, hairdryer, safe. Large bathroom. The breakfasts are delicious, in a wonderful atmosphere, overlooking the mountains and a small pond with trout. There is a sauna, hammam and swimming pool, from 15 to 18 free admission. The location is very convenient, just a step away from a supermarket, walking and transport accessibility 10-20 minutes from many attractions. We will definitely come back here again! Thank you very much for your responsible attitude to your work!

Spacious rooms, good hearty breakfasts, friendly staff, clean and green area. The only problem. The hotel is on the road, a little noisy. In general, if you do not pay attention to this, then super.

I was with my wife in January. Excellent location to the GLK plus transfer. About the dining room, some people write "dining room" and you went up to the second floor? There's a restaurant over there. And do not write if you are too lazy to lift it to the second floor! Decent restaurant for reasonable prices, service on a level, even with humor waiters, well done. There is a swimming pool, a dryer with a separate entrance, the rooms are spacious (we came across a view of the mountains and the railway bridge). Thank you very much to the staff for a wonderful stay at the hotel! I will definitely come with my family with children, hold on to the hotel there))))
