The room is large, new renovation, a large shower, nice bags with shower gel and shampoo, a set of towels (3pcs per person), cable TV, there is nothing to complain about. For this one more star. Everything would be fine, if not for the windows that overlook another house, right back to back ... there was practically no daylight in the room! Photos on Booking were taken from the lightest issue. Price 9500 per night, the location is ok, 5 minutes from the Casino Sochi. For this is the last star. I took off two stars because the room was dark, there is no refrigerator, the balcony is connected to other rooms, there are no partitions, that is, there is no balcony as such. View from the window to another balcony! this played a key role in the decision to change the hotel. This created quite a lot of inconvenience, as all good hotels were booked a long time ago. To Ekaterina, the manager of State House Raduzhny, I immediately told about all my comments, but, as it turned out, I had booked one of the best rooms. I said about my intention to change the hotel, Ekaterina assured that I would not find it better for such a price. And she asked me to give an answer today in order to put the number back on Booking. I found and notified her on the same day that I would still change the hotel. In response - EXCELLENT !!! Do not "excuse" that you did not meet your expectations and you had to look for a new hotel at the peak of the New Year holidays, not trying to somehow persuade us to stay, but EXCELLENT. Like move out, please. So get feedback. For such customer focus! And take real photos so that such situations do not arise!
