The hotel itself is really nice. The rooms are beyond praise. But then something happened like this ... Moldy tomato for breakfast. I have been to many hotels in Russia, but I have not seen this anywhere else. I can't put more than 3 - in my opinion, this is an absolutely unacceptable situation.

The hotel is super !!! Vacationing with friends 1.07.19 This is divine !!! Friendly staff, cool room, mountain views .... The kitchen is super ... And the Spa .... I have no words !!!! Every year we come back !! This is a bomb place !!!!

Everything is fine, we really liked it, there were some shortcomings, but I do not lower the rating. Of the shortcomings: for breakfast at 10.20 the omelet ran out and some of the dishes were gone. The plumbing in the shower was battered, everything was hanging somehow. On the balconies of other rooms, people were smoking and there was a smell of cigarettes, I wanted the smell of mountains, but there was a smell of cigarettes. Penalize people for smoking and make special places for this. It is also very strange for this network - cleaning comes at 8.30-9.00 and knocks on the door, whether it is a day off or not, this is the first time I meet this
