Beautiful big lavish rooms, neat washrooms and every corner of rooms are very tidy.spacious enough .

Great hotel with poor staff. The check-in is long, this is in the off-season, which I cannot imagine during the season. The reception does not give any bonuses or discounts. Check-in from 15, at 17.15 we were told to wait another hour and a half. Already I wanted to throw my suitcases and have a drink, but then the embarrassment. The shift administrator helped speed up the process by 30 minutes. There were 3 families with family numbers, we didn't need to be around, at least somehow. But they waited anyway. DO NOT SPEAK AT THE RECEPTION THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO RISE TO THE ALTITUDE OF 960. I just knew it from past travel experiences. The girls do not have the latest information on the resort. After all, it is not difficult to read the news summary before changing what is closed and what is open. And smile!

I am very pleased with the apartment with everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. Although there are people among my acquaintances who consider this place to be the rest of the rogue. And they go to Marriott. I myself am definitely here

Speaking specifically about the hotel, these are five stars for sure. Super! Location (air, view), room (huge, clean, full functionality - beds, kitchen, TV set, two toilets), cleaning (every three days); everything is on the level! CHEAP!! I definitely recommend! About Krasnaya Polyana - expensive !, 40 km to the beach, at least 180 rubles per person one way, cafes are expensive. BUT! The feeling of a two-in-one vacation pays off. Mountain hotel, with all the advantages, and a beach holiday if desired. And what a promenade there! As in Rimini! Grab your suitcases and go to Krasnaya Polyana! It's worth it!

We love the city of Gorki, it is very beautiful here, it is pleasant to relax, there is something to do for both children and adults. There are many places for walks, the price includes an ascent of 960m. And here is the most beautiful Christmas tree!
