The best hotel I visited ever. Really nice, especially a mirror, thaе may be routed on 180 degrees, in front of a bed... If you know what exactly I mean.

Very attentive and helpful staff from the moment of booking confirmation to check-out. The hotel staff strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And you can see that they love their job. Taking into account the restrictions due to the COVID pandemic, maximum protection measures have been taken (in comparison with other hotels, where it was the last six months). Breakfast was included in the stay. Sufficient assortment of dishes (steamed vegetables, meat, a variety of local cheeses and pickles), fresh juices, sparkling wine, cheesecakes like from childhood. Tradition - five o'clock tee !!! At 17.00-17.45, the hotel treats you to tea and a variety of desserts (during my stay there were 3-4 types). In addition, the hotel offers discounted tickets for the cable car and other entertainment in Krasnaya Polyana

An elegant small hotel in the mountains, surrounded by a landscaped resort village with a promenade and observation decks, offering a comfortable stay with family and friends. Good food at a local restaurant, quality concierge service. Excellent spacious rooms decorated in a modern style. A spa center with a pool can be booked for a company. A varied breakfast including champagne. A pleasant tradition is the tasting of chocolate and desserts, which is held in the hotel lobby every day at 17.00. Recommended for families and intelligent friendly companies.

Just a great hotel. All at the highest level. Spent 4 wonderful days here. Separately, I would like to allocate a chocolate hour every day (some incredibly delicious cocoa was), as well as a spa in the hotel and of course the rooms themselves. Many thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!
