The whole family rested (2 adults + 2 children) for 6 days in early August 2020. in a suite. The room cost 4350 rubles per day. Another 500-800 rubles for all four were spent on full breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the dining room on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Very polite staff, clean, tidy. Snow-white bedding, towels and bathrobes. Spacious room, beautiful double curtains, thanks to which the bright mountain sun does not wake up in the morning. Convenient shower room and large nice sink. The view from the window to the mountains is amazing! Requests by the hotel staff were fulfilled almost instantly. The only thing that I, a mother of two children, lacked was a floor dryer for clothes and a balcony to put it in the sun. The overall experience is excellent. I recommend to everyone.

The hotel is not bad. With cleaning, things are not very good. But the dining room in the hotel "Have you all eaten?" Just super 👍👍👍

I liked the attic room very much, the hostel itself is very good, the stop is nearby, 10-15 minutes walk to the Krasnaya Polyana ski lift

Good hotel. In general, the rules, the furniture is not bad .. True, the bed creaked. They cleaned well at first, in the end they took only garbage. The bed was changed. Great dining room on the second floor. There is no kettle in the room. But there is a hot water cooler on the floor. By the way, we didn’t care, but some people think in principle .. One mug and saucer were chipped. And also, when we checked out and I decided to go to the hotel website. Realized that I paid for a room with air conditioning, but lived in rooms WITHOUT air conditioning. It was a shame. Noise isolation in the room is excellent.

Everything would be fine, but they took a room in the attic and stink beetles fly in with the window open, cobwebs behind the radiators and the door, killed several spiders, an unpleasant sensation remained because of this living creature, and the room is cool and the food in the dining room is not to say that it is cheap but really tasty. Rested in mid-October 2020
