Quarantine does not work

In the room, the knock on the battery did not stop night and day. There is no water in the hot morning. Much of the electricity does not work. And it was a luxury for 3500 rubles. The room is not prepared for the arrival of guests.

Cheap hotel course (500 rubles per night) but on the 1st floor of the lodge and it is not necessary. The bed stands on the stump, flex head + little scary in parts. Cafe is cheap: 200 rubles and a delicious lunch.
