Poorly installed carousels, tiles and curbs. The roofs quickly deteriorated over the benches. There are no lights or any kind of lighting (you can't see anything without a flashlight at night). This "park" has an almost mocking name - "water park". During the day, the place looks like a hurricane has passed. In general, it was a wild and eerie wasteland and remained so!
