I did body repairs on my Volkswagen Casco in the Lexus Center, the car was done in a week, although they said it would take two weeks to wait. Made very high quality. I really liked it. Only one minus, my turn was waiting for more than a month. And when you call them some kind of echo in the tube. So if you want high quality you will need to wait your turn. P.s. You can still drink coffee with sweets for free.

Normal car dealership, as elsewhere. Good entrance, stopped in for a TO, was a little late accepted without problems, the staff is friendly, as always they try to impose unnecessary additional services (they have such a job). The prices for maintenance are certainly amazing, but this is not a question for the salon, unfortunately they did not offer coffee.

I decided to take the first car pradik, great car, like everything about it. There are no complaints about Toyota as a brand, but there are no complaints about the dealer. 3 times he said what problems and under the guarantee they were supposed to be done, but they did it only externally and after a while they appeared again. And there was a case, in general, the plastic thing on the door peeled off where the window lifters and in order not to do it, they made a scratch to me there, allegedly I SPECIALLY BROKEN IT TO ARRIVE AND I DONE IT 😑 And after the warranty has ended, I found out such a thing (I really don't know for sure) if the dealer does not fix the problem within 3 times and this is all documented (that is, when you come and it is all written in those books), you can sue and return the full cost of the car at the price at the moment, even if it is higher than the one for which they took. Maybe this information will help someone :)
