Very satisfied with the service level at Villa Glamour. The receptionist was very sweet and serviceminded. Because we left earlier than breakfast time, they made a nice breakfast box for us the night before we left. The location is beautiful and the walk along the water towards the city center was great. The room was very big and clean.

I rather disliked the hotel than liked it .. From a decent location, the interior is normal, a crib for the baby was given immediately upon contact, that's it. In the rooms, the bathroom door creaks the entire floor, the shower tray fills almost completely while you wash. Staff - women are good-natured, men are not absolutely friendly. Breakfast - on the first day the buffet table was full, on the second day it came to the end of the 9th hour - the plates were practically empty (breakfast until 10.30). When I almost finished breakfast, what it was, it turned out that you can ask to make scrambled eggs, sausages. The waiter did not offer anything, I found out only when another couple came in and asked "what have they all eaten." Tea stands behind the bar until she asked where to get the tea on the first day, offered, told. A small, cozy hotel, visitors that you can pay attention to everyone. Well at least they say hello at the reception. Hotel 3 as I understand it, but service and maintenance for 2. I will not say that there is a friendly welcome and comfortable rest.

Excellent spa center. Swimming pool, saunas, resting place. Food can be provided on request from the restaurant. The company and I were satisfied.
