Nice hotel with decent interior. Very comfortable rooms. Perfectly cleaned both in the bathrooms and in the rooms. High ceilings and lots of light and air. View from the balcony to the city. The beds are excellent. The hotel works out instantly with bookings and very friendly staff. Nearby there is a supermarket. Bus stops. And walking paths to reserved places to the forts of kaliningrad places

Just to tell is not enough. It can be short. Convenient location, service more abruptly than some five-star, excellent staff, clean, quiet, excellent breakfasts. Many thanks to Dmitry Vasilyevich, boss, administrator of Xenia. Nice, friendly people. We spent a week as not in a hotel, but as at home. Just great. We visited Kaliningrad for the first time and did not regret it, we will remember for a long time. Good things are remembered for a long time. Thanks.

Excellent! I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a perfectly balanced price-performance ratio. Aesthetic, clean, quiet, delicious breakfasts. Located in a residential area, on a direct exit line to the airport and Zelenogradsk. There is a landscape around the hotel without painting. Private sector under construction. The center is about 15 minutes by taxi. Average price - 250 rubles. There isn't much to eat nearby. The nearest cafes are about half an hour's walk. Or at 2 bus stops. Many thanks to the staff for their attention, sensitivity and care. Especially for coffee at 3.00 am and early breakfast. One of the best hotels, whatever the purpose of your trip!

Stylish, strict, expensively rich. The breakfast is gorgeous. The location is not very central but public walks.
