I ordered a double room. In fact, the room was with one double bed and this is for a mother and an adult son. Double rooms with separate beds THEM is a junior suite. It's funny. There is no mosquito net on the window. All the walls are crushed with mosquitoes. Plumbing is not cleaned even when you talk about it to the administrator on duty. There is one coat hanger in the closet. Unwashed towels. They are NOT changed every day. Even if you leave the key at the reception to clean the room, it will NOT be removed. The breakfasts are poor, you can call them "women" because for a man it is not breakfast. I recommend to specify in advance the serial number of the booked number. We got 41st. The ventilation box of the kitchen ends exactly at the window of this room and all the "aromas" of the kitchen fill the room. Separately, I would like to note the attendant (administrator) Victoria, who behaves as if you annoy her queen with your presence. In contrast, I would like to express my gratitude to Anastasia and, especially, Julia. She told everything, answered all the questions easily and naturally.

Thank you very much for your hospitality !!!! We rested from 12 to 16 September 2020. The villa is very cozy. We liked the breakfasts, delicious and satisfying. Rooms are clean, bed very comfortable. Spacious bathroom, towel me every day.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, everything you need. We didn't take breakfasts, but lunch was very tasty, the price was 250 rubles. The location is perfect. Nearby a park, lakes, shops

Upset that we stopped at this place. The only plus is the location and the view from the window overlooked the spire and tiled roof, very picturesque. In the osalny: there was no cleaning, the towels were not changed (there were two days), there was a sour smell in the room, mainly in the bathroom, breakfasts cost 250 rubles - scrambled eggs, a roll with sausage and cheese, they wash dishes and plates right there with the doors open they rattle, you sit as in the dining room, when asked to close the door, they answered strictly "no", well, hurry up, I kind of stopped in a canteen ..... I don't recommend it. No hospitality, no service ..
