I used this hotel for me and my friends many times in past, but i stopped due to soviet mentality of managment. I booked hotel (was only non-refundable option) on friday over booking, since my friend couldn't come i politetly asked the dates for future to keep my payment as deposit which is in Europe normal and helpfull, but they didnt agree. Greednes of 60 EUR, idiotic explanations at reception. Business way and treating customer from 90s. So i will not recommend this hotel anymore.

Very interesting and cozy hotel design under an old German castle! Such a new-made luxury, if you don't mind! The rooms are clean, but since the furniture is wooden, the cabinet door may jam somewhere. Breakfast is a separate word, which is included in the price. To the gentle chirping of birds, overlooking the Peregol River and the island of Kant with a Gothic cathedral, in the morning, have a couple of glasses of good brand brut champagne !! Mmmmm !!! Great mood for the whole morning! Plates from Villeroy & Boch, homemade liver pate in individual porcelain bowls. Wonderful lightly salted salmon !! The cheese is delicious! A choice of hot dishes! Delicate cheesecakes worthy of a restaurant !! There are porridge and scrambled eggs !! Breakfast will make your day !! The only negative is that when the hotel was tightly filled, the boiler room could not cope in the evening, the water was cold. Even a keychain on a key I want to consider and make friends with this Skipper !! Yes! And this hotel also has the best fish restaurant in town !! And yet, formally, this is not the city center, but all the main attractions, the island of Kant, the cathedral with organ concerts, the Museum of the World Ocean, the art museum are within walking distance! There are several tram stops to the amber museum!

Awesome hotel! The 3 star level is surprisingly understated! I think with this interior everything 4. The Swedish breakfast is simply gorgeous !!!
